Fasting PrayerA Time of Fasting and Prayer. First Saturday of every Month at 9:30 am. Fasting and prayer can restore or strenthen your intimacy with God. Many longtime Christians find that fasting helps them rediscover their "first love" for God again. Fasting is a way to humble yourself in the sight of God. Prayer is great and fasting is fantastic, but the discipline of using them together can help us make life in a sinful world more bearable by connecting us to God and drawing on His power instead of our own.
